There's a curious fact about Chi-Chi: she's probably the only Dragon Ball character who makes Goku hesitate. Planet-destroying warriors, gods of destruction, cosmic antagonists—none of them elicit the same reaction from the protagonist as his wife asking if Gohan has studied. This collectible Chi-Chi magnet, compatible with Lego, represents the daughter of the King of Fire and Ice, the woman who won the Tournament to marry Goku, and the mother who decided that her son's education was more important than training to save the world.
In retrospect, the Dragon Ball universe should have paid more attention to Chi-Chi. She had some legitimate criticisms of the system.
