1. Shipping and Delivery
What are the delivery times and costs for mainland Portugal and the islands?
Delivery times: Shipping to mainland Portugal takes, on average, 2 to 4 business days. For the Madeira and Azores archipelagos, the delivery time may extend up to 7 business days.
Shipping costs: The shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €50 or if you choose to pick up your order for free at one of our physical stores.
2. Products and Sizes
How can I determine the ideal size for a t-shirt or shirt?
We work with unisex, women's, and children's models. To ensure the perfect fit, please consult our Size Guide available on each product page, where you will find the exact width and height measurements for each model. Our t-shirts are made from certified organic cotton.
Are the anime (One Piece) and superhero products licensed?
Yes. At TeeLegend, we offer a wide range of products inspired by your favorite universes, such as One Piece, Naruto, Marvel, and DC. All our items are produced with exclusive designs and meet quality standards for fans of movies, TV series, video games, and comics.
3. Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange or return an item if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a 30-day Exchange and Return Guarantee. You can exchange your online purchases directly at our physical stores (Porto, Braga, Aveiro, Coimbra or Lisbon) or by contacting us via email at info@teelegend.com to process the shipment.

What payment methods are available in the store?
We offer secure and free 100% payment methods. You can pay for your orders via Multibanco Reference, MB WAY, Credit Card or PayPal. We do not store any payment details to guarantee your complete security.
